Can I walk from Armadale Station?
Yes. The station is a short walk across Jull Street Mall and through Minnawarra Park to Armadale Central.
Are children's eye exams really free?
Yes. Every children's exam is bulk-billed through Medicare, with no gap fee and no out-of-pocket cost. We recommend a first eye test from age 3, then again before starting school.
How much does an adult eye test cost?
A gap fee of $35 Monday to Friday, or $45 Saturday, after your Medicare rebate. Concession card holders are bulk-billed free. Appointments run 30+ minutes with the same optometrist every visit.
Do you repair glasses?
Yes. We repair frames wherever possible before recommending a replacement. Broken hinge, missing screw, bent bridge: bring them in and we will take a look.
