Frequently asked questions
If your frames break, do not attempt to repair them with super glue or tape. Bring them in to us and we’ll repair them properly. Attempting to fix them yourself before bringing them to us may cause further damage and render them unrepairable.
We can repair most frame materials in our clinic; however, we do not repair real tortoiseshell frames (illegal). Titanium frames may also need to be sent to an offsite specialist depending on the extent of damage.
